About SR Tools

SR Tools is a small collection of free web tools for everyday business paperwork — invoices first, with receipts, quotes and calculators to follow.

How the tools work

Every tool runs in your browser. When you type your business name into the invoice generator, that text stays in the page you are looking at. Saved invoices live in your browser's local storage, tied to that browser on that device.

The practical trade-off: nothing to sign up for, but also nothing to recover if you clear your browsing data. So there is an optional account — if you create one, invoices you save are copied to our server so you can open them on your phone and your laptop. It is genuinely optional: the tool never asks, and everything works signed out.

How it is paid for

Advertising, placed around the tools. Ads are never put inside a document you create, inside a downloaded PDF, or anywhere that gets in the way of finishing what you came to do.

Who builds these

SR Tools is built and maintained by SR Webx, a CRM, ERP and web development consultancy founded by Rana Saif. SR Webx implements Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics for clients in the UK, US, UAE and Pakistan — these free tools are the same engineering, given away.
